👥 Who: Troop 25 Scouts and participating registered adult leaders.
🎯 Why: Join Troop 25 for a weekend campout at Beaumont Scout Reservation. Scouts will practice outdoor skills, work with their patrols, and continue advancement. Permission slips and current medical forms are required.
Program Overview
- Weekend camping at Beaumont Scout Reservation.
- Halloween-themed Scouting fellowship and activities.
- Patrol teamwork and service or program responsibilities assigned by event leadership.
What to Bring / How to Prepare
- A signed permission slip and current medical forms.
- Standard personal camping gear appropriate for the season.

Advancement & Service
The weekend can reinforce service, leadership, outdoor skills, and patrol teamwork. Specific program assignments have not yet been announced.
Registration & Logistics
- Cost: $32.00 campout fee + $1.25 Stripe processing fee = $33.25 total online.
- Registration deadline: Reservations are due by the end of the Wednesday, October 14, 2026 troop meeting.
- Transportation: Drop-off will be at the Beaumont campsite at 6:00 PM.
- Travel uniform: Scouts should arrive at the departure or meetup location in full Class A (field uniform). Full Class A is expected whenever the troop travels together.
