Coordinates advancement records, boards of review, courts of honor, and accurate submission of completed requirements.
Life-to-Eagle Mentor
Guides Life Scouts through Eagle project planning, leadership, documentation, and national requirements.
Outdoor Adventure Coordinator
Helps turn the Patrol Leaders' Council program plan into safe, well-supported trips and adventures.
Equipment Adviser
Coaches the youth Quartermaster and helps maintain, repair, inventory, and replace shared troop equipment.
Training Coordinator
Helps adult volunteers complete required and role-specific training and pursue useful supplemental skills.
Health and Safety Coordinator
Supports current medical documentation, adventure risk review, incident prevention, and required reporting.
Membership Coordinator
Welcomes prospective and new families and helps them understand troop communication, uniforms, fees, and participation.
Merit Badge Coordinator
Maintains counselor information and helps Scouts follow the correct process for beginning and completing merit badges.
Chaplain
Supports moral and spiritual development in an interfaith setting and mentors the youth Chaplain Aide.
Outdoor Ethics Adviser
Coaches the youth Outdoor Ethics Guide and helps integrate low-impact practices into troop planning.
Fundraising Coordinator
Organizes approved fundraising, communicates expectations, and tracks proceeds transparently.
Communications Adviser
Supports accurate troop communications and coaches youth roles such as Webmaster, Scribe, and Historian.
