Program Overview
- Uniform: Scouts are expected to wear their Class A (field uniform) to weekly troop meetings.
- Instruction, discussion, and activities supporting the Game Design Merit Badge.
- Patrol time for planning, teamwork, and Scout-led business.
- Troop announcements and individual advancement work as the meeting plan allows.
📘 Monthly Merit Badge: Game Design Merit Badge
Scouts explore what makes games engaging, including objectives, rules, player experience, strategy, and intellectual property. They then design, prototype, playtest, and improve an original game while documenting the design process.
