Philmont Trek Meeting (Parents & Scouts) — Mandatory

All Scouts heading to Philmont and at least one parent/guardian are to attend this Philmont Trek Meeting. We’ll review travel plans, walk through the trek itinerary and route, and cover key expectations so everyone knows what to expect. We’ll also leave plenty of time for Q&A to answer questions about preparation, gear, logistics, and the overall experience.

This meeting is an important step to ensure every participant and family is informed, prepared, and ready for Philmont. If you have an unavoidable conflict, please contact the leaders in advance to arrange an alternative.
