🎃 Troop 25 – Fall Fright Fest: Frightening Info 👻

📍 Location: Beaumont Scout Reservation

🎭 Costumes: Wear a costume if you’d like – it’s encouraged, but not required!

🏕️ Camping: Friday and Saturday night camping for hosts.

Troop 25 Scouts will be helping host the Fall Fright Fest, a fun and spooky Halloween-themed event for Cub Scouts and their families.

We’ll be guiding groups through the haunted trail, pirate ship, slime station, and fort area, as well as helping with activities like storytelling and handing out goody bags. This is an exciting opportunity for Troop 25 to lead, serve, and make the experience extra special for younger scouts.

🕒 Schedule Overview

• Friday Night (Optional Campout)
• Camp with the troop and enjoy a council-hosted campfire with songs and skits.
• Camping is optional, but a great way to build team spirit ahead of the event.
• Saturday Program (Main Event)
• The event runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Troop 25 Scouts will guide small groups through:

• A Halloween storyteller station
• The haunted forest trail
• Pirate ship and fort walk-throughs
• Slime-making and treat bags
• Scare zones and themed fun!

Scouts should plan to arrive early to help set up and be ready to assist throughout the evening.

🧳 What Scouts Should Bring:

• Comfortable, trail-appropriate shoes
• Flashlight or headlamp
• Scout spirit and leadership
• Costume (optional but fun!)
• Water bottle
• Overnight gear if camping
