Hi Troop 25 families and Scouts,

We're selling Troop 25 Coffee at our Suncrest Fest booth today, at $15 a bag. Here's how to use the website for it.

Buying

Scan the QR code at the booth, or go to troop25stl.com/coffee. Pick how many bags you want and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card. No account needed. A small card fee is added at checkout.

When it's paid, your phone shows a 4-letter order code. Show it at the table to pick up your coffee.

Scouts: your own link

Every Scout has a personal coffee link. Sales through it are credited to that Scout. The Scout's name never appears on the page, so it's safe to share.

  1. A parent signs in at troop25stl.com with the email on file in Scoutbook, then opens Fundraising from the member menu.
  2. Next to your Scout's name:
    • Copy link: text or post it to family and friends.
    • Flyer: a printable page with your Scout's QR code.
    • Orders: see what's been sold through the link.
  3. At the booth: open your Scout's link on your phone, scroll down, and tap Full screen. Your screen becomes a mini flyer with a big QR code, and anyone who scans it is credited to you.

Booth volunteers

  • Booth screen: whoever is running the table will have a link to the booth screen. Open it on a phone or tablet, tap Start booth monitor, then Full screen. Each paid order pops up with a chime and its order code. Match the code on the customer's phone and hand over the coffee.
  • Adding another phone: on the booth screen, tap Show QR code and have the other volunteer scan it. Only show it to people working the table.
  • Card-only customers: volunteers with the Stripe app can use Tap to Pay. Charge the amount in the Tap to Pay amounts table on the booth screen (1 bag $15.76, 2 bags $31.21), which matches the website price.
