How: Meet at Truman front lot Friday, December 11th at 5:15pm for our 5:30pm
departure to camp and setup for the weekend.
Cost: Camping Fee $4.00; Truck Fee $3.00; Food Provided by each individual family to
be prepared by your own scout or adult (two breakfasts, one lunch, one dinner,
snacks). Total Due Troop $7.00.
What to bring: Scout handbook, water bottle, drinking cup, dining tools (Food for yourself, fork,
knife, spoon, plate/bowl). Meal suggestions: prepare meals at home for ready to
eat/heat or backpacking meals by Mountain or other vendor.
Warm clothing and sleeping materials. Items to entertain yourself, but no
electronic games/cell phones allowed. Leaders have phones.
Advancement: Opportunity for Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class. Campouts are a good
opportunity to complete requirements. This campout is tent camping and qualifies
for the camping merit badge.
